At Passion Dentistry, we aim for satisfied customers. This Refund Policy applies to payments made via passiondentistry.com for appointment bookings in India. No GST is applicable (turnover below ₹20 lakhs).

Eligible Refunds:

  • Full RefundCancellations requested at least 24 hours before the appointment start time.
  • Partial Refund (50%)Cancellations between 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
  • No RefundNo-shows, late arrivals (>15 minutes), or cancellations within 2 hours. Additional treatments are non-refundable once started.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us via email (info@passiondentistry.com or oralmaxsurgeons.care@gmail.com ) or phone (9419245269) with your booking reference.
  2. We process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay/PayPal).
  3. Refunds exclude any processing fees charged by the gateway (e.g., 2-4%).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Confirmed appointments not canceled timely.
  • Digital confirmations or reminders.

Disputes:
If unsatisfied, contact us first. For payment issues, refer to the gateway’s policy.

This policy complies with Indian consumer laws. We may update it; check the site for changes.
