Welcome to Passion Dentistry. By accessing passiondentistry.com or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These apply to all users in India.
Services Provided:
We offer dental consultation and treatment bookings via this website. Services are provided at our clinic in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Eligibility:
You must be 18+ or have parental consent. Services are for personal use only.
Booking Process:
- Select a service (e.g., checkup) and time slot.
- Provide accurate details and complete payment if required (via secure gateway).
- We confirm via email/SMS within 24 hours; no booking is final until confirmed.
User Responsibilities:
- Provide truthful information; false details may lead to cancellation.
- Arrive on time; late arrivals may forfeit the slot without refund.
- Comply with clinic rules (e.g., no-shows charged full fee).
Payments and Fees:
- Upfront payment required for bookings; processed via Razorpay/PayPal.
- Prices listed exclude any additional treatments identified during consultation.
- No GST charged (turnover below ₹20 lakhs threshold).
Cancellations and Modifications:
- Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% fee retained.
- No-shows: Full fee charged.
Intellectual Property:
Site content (text, images) is owned by Passion Dentistry; use for personal reference only.
Limitation of Liability:
We strive for accuracy but are not liable for indirect damages. Services are “as is.”
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in Srinagar courts.
Changes:
We may update Terms; continued use implies acceptance.
